Francesco Costamagna is Ph.D. student at the Bocconi University of Milan (Italy), he also works as research assistant in international law and European law at the University of Turin (Italy) and at the University Carlo Cattaneo - LIUC (Italy). He is currently course tutor in international law for the LL.M. in International Organizations, International Criminal Law and Crime Prevention (UNICRI and University of Turin) and course tutor in European law for the School of Business Administration (University of Turin). He has been visiting scholar at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (University of Dundee).
His research interests are international investment law, international trade law and human rights law. In particular, his research works mainly focus on the relationship between State regulatory autonomy and international economic norms in the field of public utilities.
He holds a Degree in International Law (University of Turin) and a Master's Degree in Management of Development (ILO Training Centre and University of Turin). He also completed an internship at the ILO Training Centre - International Labour Standard Department.
